Ingredients
  • Plum - 1 kg
  • Sugar - 2 cups or as per taste
  • Refined oil - 1 tbsp
Instructions
  1. Wash plum and cut it into small pieces.
  2. In a nonstick pan, add finely chopped plum and keep it on the gas stove.
  3. Cook the plum on a medium flame till it becomes soft.
  4. Once soft, mash them.
  5. Now add sugar to the pan and mix well.
  6. Stir the mixture on low heat. Turn off the gas when the mixture water dries and when it starts to look like jam.
  7. Heat a tablespoon of edible oil in a small pan and mix it well in the jam.
  8. Store it in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator.
  9. Enjoy it with bread.
