Tomato egg cups recipe

Ingredients
  • Tomatoes - 5, small sized
  • Eggs - 2
  • Red chili powder - ¼ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking oil - 1 tsp
  • Wheat dough
  • Black pepper
  • Oregano
Instructions
  1. Slice out the top layer of tomatoes using a sharp knife.
  2. In a bowl add eggs, red chili powder and salt to taste. Beat well.
  3. Grease the tomato with cooking oil. Repeat with other tomatoes also.
  4. On baking tray, stick the greased tomatoes using a small piece of wheat dough.
  5. Fill the tomato cups with egg mix.
  6. Microwave egg filled tomato cups for 2 minutes.
  7. Carefully remove from baking tray.
  8. Sprinkle seasoning of your choice.
  9. Serve hot.
