Kuttu Pakore Recipe - Buckwheat Flour Fritters
- Buckwheat Flour / Kuttu ka aata - 200 gram
- Potatoes / Aloo - 250 gram
- Fresh coriander leaves - 1 tbsp, finely chopped
- Ginger - 1 tbsp, grated
- Water - to make thick flowing batter
- Salt / Sendha namak - to taste
- Cooking oil - to deep fry fritters
- Boil potatoes. Peel and cut into thick chips.
- In a mixing bowl, make a smooth thick flowing batter for pakodi by mixing kuttu ka aata, salt to taste,
- finely chopped fresh coriander leaves and grated fresh ginger.
- Heat oil.
- Dip boiled and sliced potato in the batter.
- Deep fry the coated potato slices till crisp.
- Remove on tissue paper to drain out excess oil.
- Serve kuttu ke pakode hot or warm with imli ki chutney or dhaniya chutney or curd.
