Sabudana Fruit Cocktail Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • Sabudaba (sago) - 1 cup
  • Rabri - 1 cup
  • Apple - 1
  • Pear / avocado - 1
  • Pomegranate - 1
  • Dry fruits / Nuts - 1 tbsp
  • Rose syrup - 8 tsp
Instructions
  1. To make sabudana (sago) fruit cocktail, boil sago till soft and set aside.
  2. Prepare rabri by boiling milk or you can easily get ready made from market
  3. Finely chop apple, pear / avocado or any other fruit of your choice. Try to include only sweet fruits.
  4. De-seed pomegranate.
  5. Also finely chop dry fruits of your choice. Like i have used almond and cashew nuts only.
  6. Take a glass in which you are going to serve yummy fruit cocktail.
  7. Start with 2 tsp rose syrup.
  8. Continue with adding chopped avocade, then apple and lastly add pomegranate seeds.
  9. Add a layer of soft and tender sago. Again add 2 tsp rose syrup over sago.
  10. Top it up with a thick layer of rabri and finally garnish with chopped nuts and dew pomegranate.
  11. Tempting Sabudana Fruit cocktail is ready. Enjoy the pleasure of divine and heavenly taste of it.
