Heat water in a pan. Add penne pasta, 1 tsp oil and ¼ tsp salt. Let it boil
Drain pasta and set aside.
Boil sweet corn and keep aside.
In a pan, heat oil. Add chopped vegetables and saute well.
Add boiled sweet corn to the pan.
Sprinkle salt and mix well.
Add White sauce. Stir.
To the pan add boiled pasta and mix well so that sauce coat pasta and veggies properly.
Serve white sauce paste hot as after cooling down it becomes thick.
Notes
White sauce used here is made with oregano and black pepper seasoning. You can add or skip any vegetable as per your wish. Grated cheese can also be added to pasta. Serve immediately if using cheese as it thickens once it cools down.
