How to make Paneer - Homemade Paneer Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • Milk - ½ liter
  • Curd - 1 Bowl
Instructions
  1. In a vessel keep the milk to boil at high flame.
  2. Once milk starts to boil add 1 bowl curd into it
  3. Keep stiring, till water starts to separate.
  4. Keep it aside and let it cool under normal atmospheric temperature.
  5. When it reaches the room temperature add water into it.
  6. Now separate the water using a sieve / cloth.
  7. The seperated out paneer is ready!
  8. Home made paneer is now ready.
