Momos Recipe - How to Veg Momos | Vegetarian Momos Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • Maida (Plain Flour) – 1 cup
  • Cabbage - ½ cup
  • Carrot - ½ cup
  • Onion - ½ cup
  • Garlic – 8 buds
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
Instructions
  1. In a vessel, mix all-purpose flour, ¼ teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of oil. Make a dough with the help of water and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Grate the carrots and leaf cabbage.
  3. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. When the oil is heated up, add finely chopped garlic and onions.
  6. When the onion turns light pink, add cabbage and carrot. Cook it lightly with black pepper and salt, then turn off the heat.
  7. Make small chapatis out of the dough.
  8. Fill 1 teaspoon of stuffing in the middle of the chapatis and close them by holding the edges.
  9. Steam the momos.
  10. Serve hot with chili red sauce and mayonnaise.
