Ram Ladoo - How to make Ram Laddu | Ram ladoo Recipe

Ingredients
Dhuli Moong (Split Skinless Green Pulse) - 1 cup
Radish - 1 cup, grated
Green chutney - 1 cup
Tamarind chutney - 1 cup
Roasted Cumin - ½ teaspoon
Chat Masala - ½ teaspoon
Red chili powder - 4 teaspoons
Cooking Oil - For Frying
Instructions
Soak the moong dal for 6 to 8 hours.
Wash the soaked lentils thoroughly and grind them in a grinder and add salt.
Whisk the batter for about 5 minutes.
In a frying pan add oil for frying the Ram ladoos.
When the oil is hot, pour the ground lentils paste in round shape little by little into the oil carefully.
Fry the pakoras on medium heat. When the pakora is golden brown, take it out on tissue paper.
Put Ram Laddu on a plate, pour the tamarind chutney and green chutney on top, sprinkle salt, chaat masala, and red chili powder over it. Then add grated radish over the laddu and enjoy the hot Ram Laddu.
