Smooth Papaya Shake Recipe - How to make Papaya Shake

Ingredients
  • Papaya - 2 to 3 cups
  • Cardamom powder - a pinch
  • Almond flakes - for garnishing
  • Sugar - if needed
  • Milk - 1 cup
Instructions
  1. Cut the papaya into big pieces.
  2. In a blender, put papaya pieces, a pinch of cardamom powder, sugar (if required) and half a cup of milk.
  3. Blend it to a smooth paste.
  4. Add the remaining milk and blend again.
  5. Pour in serving glasses, garnish with almond flakes and enjoy full of health papaya shake.
Notes
Add sugar as per your taste.
