Smooth Papaya Shake Recipe - How to make Papaya Shake

- Papaya - 2 to 3 cups
- Cardamom powder - a pinch
- Almond flakes - for garnishing
- Sugar - if needed
- Milk - 1 cup
- Cut the papaya into big pieces.
- In a blender, put papaya pieces, a pinch of cardamom powder, sugar (if required) and half a cup of milk.
- Blend it to a smooth paste.
- Add the remaining milk and blend again.
- Pour in serving glasses, garnish with almond flakes and enjoy full of health papaya shake.
Add sugar as per your taste.
