Ingredients
  • Cottage Cheese / Paneer - ¾ cup, mashed
  • Kulcha - 2
  • Onion - 1 small
  • Tomato - 1 small
  • Red Chili Powder - ¼ tsp
  • Turmeric powder - a pinch
  • Green chili - 1 or 2
  • Tomato ketchup - 2 tsp
  • Cooking Oil - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. In a pan heat 1 tsp oil. Add chopped onions.
  2. Add tomatoes when onions turn translucent and fry till tomatoes become a bit soft.
  3. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste. Mix well.
  4. Stir for a minute or two and add mashed paneer and chopped green chili to the pan. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes and take out paneer stuffing in a bowl.
  5. Take a kulcha. Apply a layer of tomato ketchup on it's inner side to give kulcha a tangy taste.
  6. Spread paneer stuffing over the kulcha.
  7. Close with another kulcha. Cut kulcha into two or four pieces and serve.
